Josimar is a powerful Brazilian forward who joined Port in 2017 after firing in 16 goals in 30 games for Army Utd the previous year. In 2017 he quickly displaced Kaludjerovic to become the focal point of the Port attack, using his strength to hold the ball up and play in teammates, as well as scoring some crucial goals. With Port’s ambitions turning towards the upper echelons of the table in 2018, Josi was let go. After a stint in Brazil he returned to Thailand, this time in T2. He scored an impressive 10 in 13 for PTT Rayong, then 11 in 15 for Police Tero in the first leg of 2019. Despite his electric form, his return to Port for the second leg is quite a shock, and he has some work to do to prove that he has what it takes to fire Port to the 2019 title.
