Kim Sung-Hwan is a South Korean central midfielder who joined Port from Ulsan Hyundai for the 2018 season. A former captain of the South Korean giants, Kim suffered a little with inconsistency in his debut season, but eventually settled in to Thai football and put in some outstanding performances in the second half of the season. Kim’s main strength is his long passing, which is arguably the best in Port’s squad, and is also among the best in the league. In 2019, Port brought in Go Seul-ki from Buriram, loaning out Kim to Suphanburi for the season.
